3-Piece Ball Valve

3-Piece ball valve has a main body and two end caps connecting pipes. These ball vales are made of stainless steel and often used in applications where the maintenance play an important role. 3-piece ball valves are often full bore which ensures optimal flow performance.

3-Piece ball valves are easier to maintain than 2-pieces ball valves, because they can be easily disassembled, repaired, and reassembled. The soft seals can also be changed to according to the uses’ actual process conditions, temperatures, pressures, and flows. Due to the flexibility in replacing seats and seals, they are more cost effective than replacing an entire valve. Therefore, 3-piece ball valves are ideal valves for high-cycle and high-pressure applications.

Mizup manufactures 3-piece ball vales of different designs, including standard 3-piece manual ball valves, ISO 5211 direct mounting pad ball valves, ISO 5211 heavy duty direct mounting pad ball valves, and more. These ball valves come with different connection types such as threaded end, socket weld end, butt weld end, flanged end, extended butt weld end, compression fitting end, clamp end, and tube end. Our 3-piece ball valves have two operation options; manual and automatic.
